Allina Health in Forest Lake collects 130 bikes for local kids in need

On Saturday, October 11, Allina Health employees, family members and friends at 47 Allina Health locations volunteered their time and energy to collect bicycles from community donors. The Forest Lake Allina Health Clinic collected over 130 bikes to be donated thanks to many generous donations from the community. Bikes will be repaired by volunteers and given to kids in need throughout the community in December. Thanks to the help of 900 volunteers system-wide, nearly 4,500 bikes were collected from employees and members of the community. This is was the 4^th consecutive year of Allina’s bike collection event.
