Healthy eating isn’t about depriving yourself of the things you love. It’s about moderation and good choices with the goal of feeling great, having more energy, and reducing your risk of cancer and disease. Simple changes can make a big difference. Increasing the amount of fruits and veggies you consume – setting a goal of five servings or more per day, choosing whole foods like chicken breasts over more processed foods like chicken nuggets, and replacing sugary drinks with healthier options like water are great examples of small changes that will bring big health benefits.
